Position Summary
We’re looking for an overachiever who will become one of our next sales superstars. We are seeking an enterprise B2B sales professional to join our rapidly growing and highly successful sales team.

What you need to do
- Quarterback the client relationship for the full Franklin team, driving the overall account strategy and marshaling the sales and value-added team to grow our business with enterprise customers
- Establish, handle, and manage relationships between Franklin and senior executives of the client and prospect companies
- Deliver sales presentations to clients and prospects at all levels and in a variety of departments (such as HR, Finance, Technology and Diversity Equity & Inclusion) of Fortune 1000 companies within a prescribed territory; address benefits, competitive advantages, and business terms; facilitate technical follow-up to close the sale
- Interface and develop professional relationships with existing clients and prospects throughout the organization
- Manage sales process and participate in sales planning status meetings
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Franklins' program offerings and the competitive landscape
- Meet or exceed quota expectations
- Use your experience using Salesforce or Zoho CRM to keep all client records up to date
- Work collaboratively with other teams within Franklin, including Talent Solutions, Marketing, Operations and Success Coaching
- Be able to travel up to 25% of the time
- Must reside in Eastern Time zone
Requirements
What you need to know and show
- Be a self-starter willing to roll up your sleeves and make things happen
- Have a sense of drive and urgency
- 5+ years of recent experience selling complex applications to a major vertical market
- Be detail-oriented and organized with excellent follow-up skills
- Professional account management experience, including working with large, complex organizations with multiple decision-makers
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
