How you will contribute to our mission
As Manager, Solutions Architecture, ERP, you will help school districts navigate complex operational and financial decisions by connecting their goals to clear, scalable ERP solution strategies.
In this role, you will lead a team of Solutions Architects supporting Frontline’s ERP business and serve as both a people leader and a strategic partner to Sales. You will guide discovery, shape solution strategies across complex ERP opportunities, and ensure customers understand not only what Frontline can do, but how those capabilities translate into meaningful business outcomes.
You will also play a critical role in building team capability, strengthening consistency across presales execution, and ensuring the ERP Solutions Architecture team is prepared to support releases, evolving product strategy, and broader enterprise solution narratives over time.
How you will drive success
Lead ERP solution strategy and presales execution
• Lead solution strategy for complex ERP opportunities, helping customers connect their operational, financial, and administrative goals to a clear and scalable approach
• Guide deep discovery conversations that uncover workflows, business requirements, stakeholder priorities, and evaluation criteria
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that reflect real district workflows and meaningful operational outcomes
• Partner closely with Account Executives, Strategic Account Executives, and Sales leaders to shape strategy, messaging, and engagement plans
• Support high impact or high visibility opportunities by bringing structure, reducing risk, and strengthening the overall approach
Lead and develop a high performing team
• Manage and develop a team of Solutions Architects supporting ERP opportunities
• Provide coaching, feedback, and clear expectations for discovery quality, demo readiness, solution alignment, and customer engagement
• Drive performance management, skill development, and readiness for future growth opportunities across the team
• Create a strong coaching culture grounded in preparation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Ensure the team is equipped to handle both current ERP priorities and broader enterprise solution needs as the organization scales
Strengthen consistency and quality across the team
• Reinforce best practices for discovery, solution design, storytelling, competitive positioning, and evaluation support
• Bring structure to deal reviews, demo preparation, and support prioritization across the team
• Identify patterns from the field and use those insights to improve how the team shows up for customers
• Help ensure consistency, quality, and trust in every customer interaction
Partner closely with Product
• Serve as a strong voice of customer and voice of field for ERP solutions
• Bring forward product gaps, market needs, recurring objections, and workflow challenges to help influence roadmap priorities
• Partner with Product ahead of releases to support launch readiness and field readiness
• Help create training materials, readiness content, and internal guidance so the team is prepared to support new features and enhancements
• Ensure new capabilities are translated into clear customer facing value stories and practical use cases
Collaborate across the customer lifecycle
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Client Success, and Support to ensure alignment from pre-sale through delivery and adoption
• Help ensure presales expectations are accurate and support long term customer success
• Partner cross functionally to reduce risk, improve continuity, and strengthen customer outcomes
Use data, tools, and AI to improve performance
• Use data and modern presales tools to improve planning, prioritization, and execution quality
• Help the team adopt practical AI enabled workflows that improve preparation, insight, and consistency
• Encourage thoughtful experimentation with tools and practices that improve the customer and team experience
What you bring to help us grow
• Demonstrated success in solutions architecture, presales, or sales engineering within SaaS, education technology, or enterprise software environments
• Strong experience supporting ERP or related business operations solutions
• Proven ability to lead complex opportunities, including multi stakeholder engagements and strategic evaluations
• Experience managing, coaching, or developing team members in a formal leadership capacity
• Strong experience guiding discovery, aligning solutions to customer needs, and delivering compelling demonstrations
• Confidence presenting to a range of audiences, including executive stakeholders
• Ability to connect technical concepts to real world outcomes in a clear and engaging way
• Strong collaboration across Sales, Product, Professional Services, Client Success, and Support
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel as needed to support key engagements

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range of $115-125,000.00 with $30K OTC based on experience, skills, and internal equity. Comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, retirement savings options, and additional programs that support your well-being, growth, and financial future.
