How You’ll Contribute to Our Mission

At Frontline Education, our mission is to transform how schools work so every educator and student succeeds. Our vision is simple but powerful: every school thriving, every community stronger.

We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst 2 with experience across Salesforce, CPQ, integrations, and operational business systems to help support the processes that power our revenue and finance operations. In this role, you’ll help maintain and improve the systems that connect Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams, ensuring critical workflows remain scalable, reliable, and aligned to business needs.

You’ll work across Salesforce, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, NetSuite, Boomi, and related platforms to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and support the evolving quote-to-cash ecosystem. This role combines systems administration, operational problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvement within a fast-moving SaaS environment.

How You’ll Drive Success

  • Support Salesforce configuration and administration related to sales operations, quoting, revenue workflows, approvals, and finance processes.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud configurations, including products, pricing rules, quote workflows, approvals, renewals, and downstream handoffs.
  • Investigate and resolve cross-system issues involving Salesforce, NetSuite, Certinia, Boomi, and other integrated business applications.
  • Partner closely with Finance, RevOps, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Enterprise Applications stakeholders to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions.
  • Support operational stability and data integrity across quote-to-cash and order-to-cash processes.
  • Assist with impact analysis, documentation, and planning efforts related to future Certinia migration or replacement initiatives.
  • Document system dependencies, integration touchpoints, operational procedures, and recurring support processes to improve transparency and reduce operational risk.
  • Help evaluate when issues should be resolved internally versus escalated to consultants, implementation partners, or vendors.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives that simplify workflows and improve operational efficiency across connected business systems.
  • Approach platform and process decisions with a customer-centered mindset, balancing business efficiency, scalability, and usability.

What You Bring to Help Us Grow

  • Salesforce Administrator experience with hands-on platform support and configuration management.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of quote-to-cash and order-to-cash business processes.
  • Experience troubleshooting integrations, middleware workflows, and cross-system data flow issues.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Enterprise Applications.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate operational and system-related issues.
  • Experience documenting workflows, integrations, support procedures, and operational dependencies.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests and manage work effectively in a dynamic SaaS environment.
  • Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new tools, technologies, and operational processes that improve business outcomes.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

  • A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with strong follow-through and accountability.
  • Comfort navigating complex business systems and interconnected operational workflows.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across both technical and non-technical teams.
  • The ability to adapt to evolving systems, priorities, and organizational needs while maintaining operational stability.
  • A thoughtful approach to technology and automation that keeps business users and customer outcomes at the center of decision-making.
  • Experience with NetSuite administration or functional support is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Boomi or other integration/middleware platforms is helpful.
  • Exposure to Certinia or ERP modernization initiatives is preferred but not required.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification or related Salesforce ecosystem certifications are a plus.
  • Experience supporting SaaS financial systems, billing operations, or revenue operations workflows is highly valued.
  • Interest in leveraging AI-enabled tools and modern technologies to improve operational efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting or integrating Salesforce with Amazon Connect or other cloud-based contact center solutions" would be helpful for either role.
