Region: West

Location: Remote within West region (ideally greater Dallas, Denver, Phoenix, or LA area) with up to 50% regular travel

Reports to: Chief Sales Officer

How You’ll Contribute to Our Mission

As a Regional Sales Director, you will shape how Frontline partners with K–12 districts across your region, helping education leaders access solutions that make their work more effective and impactful. You will connect strategy, relationships, and insight to ensure schools are supported in meaningful, lasting ways.

This role brings together regional leadership, customer understanding, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that what we build and deliver reflects the real needs of educators. Your perspective from the field will help guide decisions, strengthen partnerships, and expand our ability to serve schools with purpose.

How You’ll Drive Success

  • Build and lead a regional strategy that reflects district needs, funding cycles, and evolving market dynamics while aligning to company priorities
  • Translate data, trends, and field insight into clear actions that strengthen territory performance and long-term growth
  • Partner closely with Strategic Account Executives to shape thoughtful territory plans and prioritize high-impact opportunities
  • Guide consistent execution across the region by strengthening pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and overall sales performance
  • Engage directly with senior district leaders, including superintendents and board members, to support complex, high-value opportunities
  • Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Client Success, and Services to ensure a connected and positive customer experience
  • Bring forward customer feedback, emerging needs, and product insights to help shape decisions across the organization
  • Identify risks and opportunities early and adjust regional plans to maintain momentum and resilience
  • Coach and develop team members to grow their confidence, deepen their approach to consultative selling, and strengthen executive engagement
  • Foster a culture where teams explore new tools and insights, using technology in thoughtful ways to improve planning, decision-making, and outcomes
  • Represent Frontline across your region by building trusted relationships with districts, state leaders, and partners

What You Bring to Help Us Grow

  • Five or more years of successful sales leadership experience within a SaaS, EdTech, enterprise software, or public sector technology environment.
  • A strong background in SaaS, education technology, or enterprise sales environment
  • Demonstrated success building and executing regional strategies that drive consistent growth
  • Understanding of K–12 education systems, including how districts make decisions and allocate resources
  • Confidence engaging with executive-level stakeholders and guiding complex conversations
  • Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and turn insights into clear, strategic action
  • Experience working across teams to align priorities and move initiatives forward
  • Strong command of Salesforce and modern sales tools, with familiarity using Gong, AlignedUp, revenue intelligence, and AI-enabled platforms to improve execution.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the region to build relationships and support your team

  • Uses AI-enabled insights to identify regional performance trends, pipeline risk, and coaching opportunities.
  • Helps sales leaders apply AI responsibly in territory planning, account strategy, forecasting, and seller coaching.
  • Partners with Revenue Intelligence, Enablement, and Sales Operations to embed AI into practical sales workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

The full base compensation range for this position is $140,000 - 150,000, with on target earnings up to $300,000. Competitive salary and incentive structure aligned to regional performance and impact.
