Purpose:

GEMS Education is looking for a Digital Engagement Specialist to work closely with our Marketing team with a focus on the following areas:

• Improve customer engagement
• Optimize the customer experience
• Improve customer engagement metrics
• Increase customer revenue and customer growth

Key Accountabilities:

• Enhance and develop existing and new innovative digital platforms and encourage online communication ensuring heightened user experience
• Work closely with the Marketing and Social Media teams on developing content to champion the organisations work and values across different platforms
• Monitor digital platforms, responding and engaging with our online community
• Analysing data and preparing reports on digital platform performance, and assisting with campaign performance reports for wider audience teams
• Assist with monitoring brand/ Tone of Voice consistency on digital platforms, including overall channel and posts and customer engagement levels
• Work with colleagues across the organisation to manage our library of content assets

Qualifications, Experience, & Job-Specific Knowledge:

• BA in marketing or related discipline
• An understanding and appreciation of all elements of the marketing mix
• Organized individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and an approachable manner
• Strong technical skills and a digital-first mindset
• Demonstrable experience of improving an organisation’s reach and engagement through the use of effective digital communications
• Proven experience of designing and delivering comprehensive digital marketing campaigns
• Experienced in SEO and use of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Strong knowledge of a range of digital platforms and their respective audiences
