Who we’re looking for:

Gloat is hiring an Integration Consultant to join us in London, UK. The Integration Consultant is a crucial member of the Solution Engineering team responsible for successfully integrating Gloat's customers' tech stack systems into their customer environments. You will use Boomi to deliver and maintain custom and productised integrations In addition to ensuring smooth integrations, you will actively contribute to documenting Gloat's best practices for standard integrations and facilitate knowledge sharing across various functions. As a start-up, you will also have the opportunity to engage with other aspects of our business including product Design & internal and external Documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex design discussions with customers to ensure the seamless integration of Gloat's solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to define integration needs and provide expert guidance on technical aspects while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and the project objectives.
  • Manage all functional and technical integration requirements documentation prior to customer sign-off.
  • Commit to integration project timelines and consistently meet or exceed delivery commitments.
  • Effectively manage project timelines, dependencies, and resources to ensure successful integration outcomes.
  • Support customers during integration testing phases, offering technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (CS, RnD, Product) to resolve technical issues and bugs to assure integration quality and customer satisfaction
  • Provide ongoing technical education and assistance to current partners and integrating clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Understanding of common API frameworks (REST, SOAP, GraphQL etc)
  • Understanding of other data transfer techniques and concepts (e.g. sFTP, SSH, PGP, AWS S3 etc)
  • Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing interactions.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently
  • Experience of working with the data types that gloat interacts with (e.g. from HCM, LMS, ATS) - An Advantage
  • Experience with Boomi integration platform or other middleware technologies - An Advantage
