Position Summary
Graduation Alliance is seeking two licensed school psychologists to provide remote psychological services to students and school teams across multiple states. This role supports school districts through virtual psychoeducational assessments by conducting evaluations, collaborating with educators and families and helping develop strategies that support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success. The ideal candidate is experienced in virtual service delivery, knowledgeable about special education across multiple states, and passionate about improving student outcomes.
These roles are for the 2026-2027 School Year.
Key Responsibilities:
The School Psychologist will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations in K-12 settings using teleassessment tools and best practices.
- Interpret evaluation results and prepare clear, compliant psychological reports.
- Participate in virtual special education, eligibility, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Own the process of referral and evaluation adhering to Child Find practices.
- Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student learning and mental health needs.
- Assist with the development of interventions, behavior support plans, and progress monitoring strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and meeting required timelines for evaluations and reports.
Minimum Experience and Requirements
- Master’s or Specialist degree (Ed.S.) degree in School Psychology
- Valid School Psychologist license/certification in at least one U.S. state; ability to obtain or maintain licensures in multiple states.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a K-12 school setting (telepractice experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of IDEA, Section 504 and FERPA
- Commitment to Graduation Alliance’s vision, mission, and values
- Working knowledge of web-based applications for online learning, including learning environments and web-based development tools.
Preferred Experience and Requirements:
- Understanding of Graduation Alliance systems related to student progress.
