This role partners with Sales and Customer Success to win net-new deals and expand existing customers by serving as the ultimate product expert. When prospects bring complex use cases, you’ll turn them into simple, compelling solutions. You’ll translate technical depth into business value and help prospects decide with confidence.

This is a fully remote role and can be held by an employee living in Canada or the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a product and domain expert, deeply understanding all aspects of Graduway, Advance, Raise, Gratavid, Peerpal (Fundraising and Alumni Suite) platform and how customers use it to drive outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales & Customer Success throughout the sales cycle, providing product demonstrations, technical discovery, proof-of-concepts, and solution design.
  • Be a trusted advisor to prospects & Customers, mapping their requirements to our product capabilities and guiding them toward a clear value path.
  • Solve complex use cases and explain solutions clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
  • Work closely with technical and security teams at strategic prospects to address SSO, API, CRM integrations, data privacy, and implementation requirements.
  • Manage and complete RFPs and technical questionnaires with precision and clarity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to remove deal roadblocks, deliver feedback from the field, and improve go-to-market execution.
  • Build reusable demo assets, proof-of-concept templates, and technical content to scale Sales Engineering effectiveness.
  • Stay current on product capabilities, competitive landscape, and industry trends to position our solutions with authority.
  • Help ensure smooth hand-offs to implementation and customer success teams by communicating technical requirements and solution details.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of SaaS enterprise software sales engineering or equivalent technical customer-facing experience.
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role supporting sales cycles or technical deployments.
  • Experience with SaaS security, data privacy, and integration standards.
  • Familiarity with APIs and authentication protocols; hands-on experience preferred.
  • Experience in fundraising & education technology is a bonus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to make the complex concise, understandable, and compelling.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and execute in fast-moving sales cycles.
