Job Title: Senior Sales Incentive Finance Analyst

Location: Remote(May be performed from any state in the US)

What you’ll do:
Senior Sales Incentive Finance Analyst will assist in the day-to-day operations and processes of IC programs for sales incentive-eligible employees globally. This role will also assist Sales Operations with pipeline management and forecasting, customer accommodations and special deal management. This role will work collaboratively with Sales Operations, Sales, BI, Finance and HR teams as well as interacting with other stakeholders across the business to obtain necessary information and data.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist with set up of all files necessary for Quarterly Incentive Comp payouts.
Check credit rules are applied as defined by Sales Operations and BI Teams.
Check calculation rules for all aspects of Sales Incentive plans are accurately implemented.
Reconcile and validate accuracy of commissionable sales and calculated incentives.
Liaise with International, Heinemann, NWEA and other Manual group contacts to obtain sales and other information necessary to complete payout process.
Calculate deferred sales amounts and prepare and submit necessary adjustments or accruals.
Assist with creating and distributing reports to eligible participants with regards to report and payout timing.
Prepare final commission amounts for payroll.
Prepare Domestic Heinemann, NWEA and other LOB monthly commission accruals.
Perform SDM monthly reconciliations.
Coordinate with Accounting to submit accruals and perform reconciliations. Obtain necessary approvals for internal control and audit purposes.
Assist with commission yearly budget and quarterly forecasts.
Conduct regular pipeline calls with the sales team to assess the health of the pipeline in relation to sales bookings, assignments and quarterly goals.
Provide analysis on trends, sales campaigns and key opportunities to leadership..
Assist the sales team with delivery of monthly regional and quarterly bookings forecasts by line-of-business to corporate leadership.
Act as liaison between the sales team and other stakeholders in the company: operations, product strategy, credit/treasury, business intelligence, marketing, etc
Project manage complex deals to ensure the sales team can capture opportunities while maintaining profitability and aligning with overall strategic goals of the company.
Assist the sales team with routine operational issues.
Develop trust and confidence with your aligned Sales leader.
Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to meet the evolving needs of sales management.
Provide support in developing and tracking KPIs to help sales management coach their account executives and implement sales strategies.

What you’ll need:

Experience supporting a sales compensation process.
Bachelor’s degree with analytical background.
Strong process orientation, numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and take initiative.
Effective organizational and time management skills to support and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Capable to quickly adapt to new processes or changes.
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
Robust Excel skills.


Salary Range - $73K - $83K
