Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using the ColdFusion code language and native tools.
• Implement DevOps practices to automate the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications in production environments.
• Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and project managers to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, security, and availability.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to software development and deployment processes.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and DevOps.
• Performs administrative and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software development and deployment using the ColdFusion Administration, ColdFusion modern dev practices (e.g., 2021+), CI/CD, SSO, APIs, AWS, and Jenkins.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and maintainable code and testing code (e.g., unit tests, integration tests, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Bitbucket and GitHub.
• Experience with database systems such as SQL Server.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
• Understanding of software testing principles and tools such as unit testing, integration testing and end to end testing.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• ColdFusion, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, Docker, and jQuery.
• Familiarity with web development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js.
• Testing tool such as JUnit, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Deployment tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
