The Enterprise Systems Product Manager contributes to the roadmap, enhancements, and execution of a defined area within the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. This role supports critical service and support processes, including case management, customer engagement, and digital experience delivery. Working cross-functionally, this individual delivers scalable, effective solutions that enhance customer support operations, self-service capabilities, and partner/community experiences. Whether improving existing functionality or implementing new capabilities, this role ensures alignment with business goals and a seamless end-to-end customer journey. This position is highly collaborative and hands-on, focused on optimizing internal service workflows, enabling support teams, and delivering intuitive, impactful experiences for both internal users and external customers.

Position Information: This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the Technical Product Management Director.
Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $110,862 and $125,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote, however the successful candidate must be able to work Eastern time zone business hours regardless of their physical work location.
Travel: You can also expect up to approximately 20% travel, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

Envision Your Experience.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Support the definition and maintenance of a product roadmap for an area, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to identify problems, define outcomes, and translate them into use cases and requirements.
- Participate in enhancements to existing functionality and implementation of new capabilities, including net-new Salesforce modules or applications.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, ecosystem trends, and emerging technologies; assess and recommend new features that could improve system functionality, automation, or user experience.
- Clearly communicate product roadmap, priorities, and trade-offs, connecting technical solutions to business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and architects to ensure solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with broader system architecture.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, gather business needs, document use cases, and guide stakeholders through feature evaluations and delivery planning.
- Write and manage high-quality epics and user stories; lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization.
- Maintain relevant system documentation and release notes to support transparency and enablement across teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather feedback through demos, training sessions, and support interactions to inform ongoing backlog prioritization and system improvements.
- Monitor key metrics (e.g., story completion, defect rates, scope stability, user adoption, post-launch results) to inform iteration and improvement.
- Ensure system workflows align with internal policies, compliance needs, and operational requirements.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and support additional responsibilities as needed.
- Must be able to work Eastern time zone business hours regardless of physical work location.

Share Your Expertise.
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field and at least 4 years of experience in technical solutions product management within a SaaS environment, or CRM management consulting, including 2 years focused on Salesforce; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Experience with product roadmaps and delivering enhancements or new capabilities in enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with Salesforce capabilities and business processes, with the ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud required. Revenue Cloud, Enterprise Territory Management (ETM), Sales Cloud, and NetSuite ERP is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant).
- Agile experience required (Scrum or SAFe); Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred.
- Self-starter with strong collaboration, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%
