The AI Operations Senior Manager leads the execution and operationalization of AI-enabled solutions across core internal workflows, including product management, curriculum development, and product design. This role partners closely with the Senior Director of Program Management and cross-functional leaders to implement scalable AI solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery across the product organization. This individual brings strong operational discipline and execution focus, helping translate strategy into measurable outcomes while advancing Imagine Learning’s adoption of AI across functions.

Position Information: This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the Senior Program Management Director.
Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $140,015.00 and $170,000.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.
Travel: This role does not require regular travel; however, occasional travel may be necessary on an as‑needed basis, typically no more than a few times per year and totaling approximately 5% travel. Please ensure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

Envision Your Experience.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
• Execute AI initiatives aligned with enterprise priorities and product goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-enabled tools to automate and improve workflows across product functions.
• Partner with Program Management, IT, and Operations to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement through process redesign and AI-enabled automation.
• Monitor the performance of AI workflows and lead ongoing optimization efforts.
• Support governance, compliance, and risk management practices for AI-enabled processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Support, and Operations teams to ensure solutions meet evolving business needs.
• Coordinate execution across offshore resources to ensure quality delivery and timeliness.
• Lead enablement efforts to support adoption of AI tools across operational teams.
• Define, track, and report on KPIs to measure impact and ROI of AI initiatives.
• Stay current on emerging AI tools, technologies, and best practices to inform continuous improvement.
• Support a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
• Other duties as assigned.
Share Your Expertise.
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field and 6+ years of relevant experience in operations, business process improvement, or technology implementation; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting AI or automation initiatives in product development environments
• Strong execution orientation with experience delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Working knowledge of AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), robotic process automation (RPA), and orchestration tools.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Willingness and ability for occasional travel may be necessary on an as‑needed basis, typically no more than a few times per year totaling approximately 5%.
