Receptionist & Coordinator, Enterprise Learning Operations | Onsite UAE | UAE-Based
About the Role
We are looking for a Receptionist & Coordinator to provide frontline support at a training center supporting a large-scale learning program in the UAE. This role is focused on creating a positive, organized, and well-managed environment for learners, facilitators, and visitors.
You will handle reception, coordinate daily activities, support session setup, and assist with basic technology and facilities needs. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, service-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
What You’ll Own
Frontline Learner Support
Act as the first point of contact for learners arriving at the training center
Greet and assist learners with check-in, directions, and general questions
Support registration, orientation, and daily coordination needs
Escalate issues to the appropriate team members when needed
Facilities & Environment Coordination
Support setup and readiness of training rooms and common areas
Monitor environment quality including cleanliness, layout, and basic facilities needs
Report and follow up on facilities issues
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
Event & Session Setup
Prepare rooms for training sessions including seating, materials, and signage
Distribute learner materials and ensure rooms are ready before start times
Support coordination of daily schedules and room usage
Basic Technology Support
Provide first-line support for common issues such as Wi-Fi access and basic device or platform questions
Test equipment before sessions to ensure readiness
Escalate technical issues to the appropriate support teams when needed
Visitor Coordination
Manage visitor check-in, badges, and access procedures
Maintain visitor records in line with site requirements
Provide a professional and welcoming experience for all guests
Location & Working Model
This role is based onsite in the UAE at an assigned training center location. Full-time onsite presence is required during working hours.
Additional Information
This role supports a dedicated client program and will be employed locally in the UAE in alignment with regional employment requirements.
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in reception, administrative support, or customer service roles
Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
Experience in hospitality, customer-facing, or learner support environments preferred
Basic proficiency with MS Office and common workplace tools
Friendly, professional, and service-oriented approach
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
