Learning Operations Manager, Enterprise Learning Operations | Onsite UAE | UAE-Based
About the Role
We are looking for a Learning Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of a large-scale, enterprise learning program across multiple sites in the UAE. This role sits at the center of delivery, ensuring that scheduling, administration, contractor coordination, and communication run seamlessly across locations.
You will oversee a distributed operations function supporting high-volume training activity, with responsibility for maintaining service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with client standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, complex environments and knows how to bring structure and clarity to operations at scale.
What You’ll Own
Operational Leadership
Lead end-to-end learning operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent, high-quality administrative support
Establish and maintain operational standards, processes, and service level expectations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability
Multi-Site Scheduling & Coordination
Oversee training schedules across Jebel Ali, Al Taweelah, and additional locations
Balance capacity, learner demand, and operational constraints across sites
Resolve scheduling conflicts and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Contractor & Vendor Coordination
Manage contractor support across administrative and operational activities
Oversee onboarding, performance management, and service delivery
Ensure contractors meet quality and compliance expectations
Communication & Mailbox Management
Own triage and response processes for learning operations communication channels
Ensure timely, clear, and professional responses to learners and stakeholders
Monitor volume, response times, and escalation pathways
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure all administrative processes align with client policies and standards
Maintain documentation, audit trails, and operational records
Support audit activities and implement corrective actions where needed
Team Leadership
Lead and develop a team of Training Coordinators and administrative staff
Set expectations, provide coaching, and drive performance
Build a service-oriented, accountable team culture
Location & Working Model
This role is based in the UAE, with regular on-site presence across multiple locations including Jebel Ali and Al Taweelah. Frequent travel between sites is required.
Additional Information
This role supports a dedicated client program and will be employed locally in the UAE in alignment with regional employment requirements.
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in learning operations, training administration, or operational management
Proven experience managing multi-site operations and distributed teams
Strong background in scheduling, coordination, and administrative process management
Experience managing contractors or vendors in a service delivery environment
High attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance and quality
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities
Bachelor’s degree required; Lean/Six Sigma or operations certifications are a plus
