Solutions Architect, Enterprise Learning Operations | Onsite UAE | UAE-Based

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to design and deliver learning solutions within a large-scale, enterprise learning operations environment. This role focuses on translating business needs into practical, well-structured learning solutions that are scalable, effective, and aligned to performance outcomes.

The Solutions Architect owns the overall design approach for complex learning initiatives, selecting the right modalities and guiding projects from early design through deployment. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys both design thinking and execution, and who can bring structure, clarity, and strong decision-making to complex learning programs.

You will work closely with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to ensure learning solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with the business goals they support.

What You Will Own

Learning Solution Design

• Own the overall learning solution design for multi-component learning initiatives

• Develop solution architectures that combine multiple modalities and delivery approaches

• Create clear design specifications that guide development and delivery teams

• Ensure solutions address business needs, performance gaps, and learner realities

Modality Selection and Design Decisions

• Evaluate learning objectives, audience needs, and delivery context

• Recommend the appropriate mix of instructor-led, virtual, digital, and on-the-job learning approaches

• Balance learning effectiveness with feasibility, timelines, and budget considerations

Vendor and Partner Coordination

• Manage relationships with vendors supporting content development, platforms, or delivery

• Brief partners on project expectations and design requirements

• Review deliverables to ensure alignment with design intent and quality standards

Project Leadership and Delivery Oversight

• Lead projects from early solution design through implementation

• Build project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams

• Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues throughout the lifecycle

Design Quality and Integrity

• Review storyboards, prototypes, and final deliverables

• Provide feedback to ensure solutions remain aligned with original design intent

• Advocate for quality and learning effectiveness throughout development

Location & Working Model

This role is based in the UAE, with a hybrid working model that includes onsite presence in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for stakeholder and vendor engagement, alongside flexibility for design and project work.

Additional Information

This role supports a dedicated client program and will be employed locally in the UAE in alignment with regional employment requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 8–12 years of experience in instructional design, learning consulting, learning solutions architecture, or learning program management

• Experience designing multi-modal learning programs that combine different delivery approaches

• Strong project management skills with experience leading complex learning initiatives

• Experience working with vendors or external development partners

• Solid understanding of learning technologies, modalities, and delivery strategies

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Advanced degree in Instructional Design or a related field is a plus
