Talent Acquisition Executive | Onsite- Noida, India | Open to India-based candidates only
Position Type: Full-time employee
Location: Work from Office – Noida

Position Summary
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who can operate in a fast-moving, client-driven hiring environment, sourcing specialized talent across instructional design, digital learning, and consulting roles.

In this role, you will own end-to-end hiring for your assigned Business Unit(s), managing everything from sourcing through offer closure. You’ll work on niche, high-skill roles in the learning and digital transformation space, often supporting global stakeholders and time-sensitive project needs.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys building pipelines, solving hiring challenges in competitive markets, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver results.

What You Will Own

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing through offer closure

  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for recurring and high-priority roles

  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, networking, and targeted headhunting

  • Screen candidates and drive structured shortlisting aligned to role requirements

  • Manage interview coordination and ensure a smooth, timely process

  • Drive a strong candidate experience through consistent, proactive communication

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify requirements and move roles efficiently

  • Handle compensation discussions and close candidates effectively

  • Contribute to hiring strategy, including innovative sourcing approaches and social media engagement

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within eLearning, L&D, or consulting environments

  • Proven experience hiring for roles such as Instructional Designers, LXDs, Graphic Designers, and Project Managers

  • Strong ownership of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced, delivery-driven environments

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

  • Strong sourcing capability, including direct outreach and pipeline building

  • Clear, professional communication and candidate management skills
