Your mission 🎯

As Business Operations Engineer, your mission is to design, manage, and optimize the "engine" that powers our Consumer Business division (B2C). You will be the architect of our operational flow, ensuring that every product—from our global warehouses to the final customer or retailer—moves with maximum efficiency and minimum friction.

Your role is critical for our scaling: you will take the lead in integrating our division’s specific needs into Innovamat’s global operational machine. You’ll start by mastering the execution (forecasting, stock management, and logistics) with the clear goal of building a world-class supply chain that allows us to dominate the Spanish and Italian markets and beyond.


Your day to day at Innovamat 🏁
  • Supply Chain & Retail Orchestration: Act as the strategic link between the Consumer division and the Central Ops teams. You will manage the end-to-end operational relationship with distributors and retail partners, ensuring Enigmath is always available and perfectly presented on the shelf.

  • Strategic Demand Planning: Own the production cycle and inventory health. You will develop sophisticated models to predict demand, preventing stockouts while optimizing working capital across our global hubs (ES, IT, MX, US).

  • Operational BI & Process Engineering: Own the operational dashboards. You will monitor fulfillment rates, lead times, and logistics costs, transforming complex data into process improvements that directly protect our P&L margins.

  • E-commerce & Logistics Excellence: Ensure our B2C logistics are flawless. From coordinating with 3PL providers to optimizing product bundling and kitting, you will be the one making sure our physical product expansion is scalable.

  • Workflow Automation: Constantly look for ways to "automate the boring stuff." Your goal is to migrate manual tasks to the central operations team or AI-driven tools to keep our division lean and agile.

  • Strategic Growth through Ops: Participate in key business meetings, providing the operational reality check needed to plan our next big market moves in Europe.


What are we looking for? 🔍
  • Background: Recent graduate (0-2 years experience) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or similar. We need someone who thinks in terms of systems and flows.

  • Process Architect: You don't just follow a process; you improve it. You have a natural talent for spotting bottlenecks and a passion for operational excellence.

  • Data Powerhouse: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets is your playground. You enjoy building robust models that bring order to chaotic data sets.

  • Hands-on & Business Mindset: You are not afraid of the "operational trenches," but you always keep an eye on the business impact. You understand that a late delivery is not just a logistical fail, but a lost customer.

  • Communication & Influence: You’ll be working transversally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales. You need to be able to "translate" operational needs into business language.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English. Italian is a huge plus given our current focus.

  • Ownership: High level of resilience and a desire to build something from the ground up in a high-growth environment.
