Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our team, with a focus on outbound product activities. If you’re passionate about driving business growth, connecting the dots between product and market, and making things happen, this could be the role for you

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• 5+ years of experience in a B2B company in product management or a similar role.

• 3+ years of experience in planning go-to-market strategies and enabling sales teams with the right tools, messages, and training.

• Familiar with Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) approaches

• Strong presentation and communication skills (native English speaker preferred)

• A natural motivator and problem solver who takes initiative

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

• Willing to travel as needed

It would be great if you also had . . .

• Inbound Product experience working with development teams on end-to-end deliverables of product features.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Lead outbound product efforts, including business development, competitive analysis, and go-to-market planning

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing to support effective sales enablement

• Own projects end-to-end, from idea to execution

• Spot opportunities, bring solutions, and move fast when it matters

• Support both Product-Led Growth and Sales-Led Growth initiatives, adapting product strategy to different go-to-market motions

• Be part of a team of experienced Product Managers, sharing ideas and pushing each other forward

About the Team

The product management team consists of 12 team members reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management.

• Our base is in Jerusalem, working in a hybrid model

• This is a full-time position.
