We are looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join our Trademark Maintenance team in Belgrade. The Customer Care Advisor is responsible for delivering customer service and support to clients using Clarivate’s Trademark Maintenance services. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Outlook

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

It would be great if you also had

  • Basic knowledge of trademark lifecycle is considered a plus

  • Capability of developing and maintaining positive customer and business relationships and managing demanding customers

  • Strong and effective communication skills: able to communicate clearly and concisely

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Deliver professional, high-quality support to a portfolio of trademark renewals clients, ensuring timely and accurate service.

  • Collaborate with internal teams across departments to meet customer expectations and maintain agreed service levels.

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, taking prompt action when risks or issues arise.

  • Build deep knowledge of Clarivate’s IP services and tools to provide expert-level assistance and guidance.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency.

  • Ensure that customer profiles are kept up to date in order to provide the relevant areas of the business with current information.

  • Support team members with workload, balancing and occasionally manage small projects for existing clients.

About the Team

We provide Trademark Renewal services to world-leading corporations and law firms. Trademark Maintenance team consists of experienced Service Account Managers and Customer Care Advisors in Europe, Asia and North America. You will be communicating with different teams worldwide daily, such as Finance, IP Legal, Supplier team, IT Departments; sales etc. to provide valuable customer experience.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, with core engagement hours within the CET time zone, between 9 to 5. This is a hybrid position, and you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office for a minimum of 3 days every other week. This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone. Working from the office will be required during the training period (5 days a week for a period of 6 months).
