Team Lead, Software Engineering - Java Full Stack

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular to lead a team of developers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. As a Team Lead, you will mentor team members, manage project deliverables, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or master’s degree (BE, ME, B Tech, MTech, MCA, MS)
7+ year's experience in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
Hands-on experience with Angular (latest versions), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
Solid understanding of Microservices architecture
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
Proven experience in leading development teams and managing project timelines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
It would be great if you also had:
Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.
Experience with Unit Testing frameworks (JUnit, Jasmine/Karma).
Exposure to performance tuning and security best practices
Agile/Scrum experience is a plus
What will you be doing in this role?
Lead and manage a team of full-stack developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to define technical requirements and solutions.
Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality code standards.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.
Mentor and guide team members in technical and professional growth.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology roadmap
Hours of Work
Standard working hours aligned with India Standard Time (IST). This is a full-time, permanent position. Flexibility may be required to collaborate with global stakeholders in different time zone
