We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular to lead a team of developers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. As a Team Lead, you will mentor team members, manage project deliverables, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or master’s degree (BE, ME, B Tech, MTech, MCA, MS)

• 7+ year's experience in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.

• Hands-on experience with Angular (latest versions), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.

• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture

• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.

• Proven experience in leading development teams and managing project timelines.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

It would be great if you also had:

• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.

• Experience with Unit Testing frameworks (JUnit, Jasmine/Karma).

• Exposure to performance tuning and security best practices

• Agile/Scrum experience is a plus

What will you be doing in this role?

• Lead and manage a team of full-stack developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to define technical requirements and solutions.

• Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality code standards.

• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.

• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.

• Mentor and guide team members in technical and professional growth.

• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology roadmap

Hours of Work

• Standard working hours aligned with India Standard Time (IST). This is a full-time, permanent position. Flexibility may be required to collaborate with global stakeholders in different time zone
