As our Futures Engineer, you will have the opportunity to contribute across the organization and work on real-world projects within local teams, where experienced colleagues will help you turn theoretical knowledge into practical coding and testing skills. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Must be a recent graduate or a final-year student in Computer Science or a related field
High interest in programming, software development, and/or quality assurance, with a good understanding of core computer science concepts such as algorithms, patterns, and data structures
Proficient in English language
It would be great if you also had
Practical experience with object-oriented programming languages and relational and non-relational databases
Ability to write fully executable and functional code
Completed a personal and independent project showcasing practical software development skills

What will you be doing in this role?
Gain hands-on experience with programming languages (such as Java, C#, JavaScript, OR Python) in the field of software development
Work closely with experienced engineers and managers to evaluate requirements, create, and implement features and services
Contribute to debugging and troubleshooting issues in development or testing environments
Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve coding standards
Collaborate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Develop an understanding of cross-functional roles, including Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, and similar

You will be part of a local team of experienced engineers in an international environment. From the beginning, you’ll go through a structured training and receive continuous guidance from mentors who are committed to sharing knowledge and supporting your growth. Hours of Work
This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within the CET time zone.
This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
