We are looking for a passionate Senior Paralegal Analyst to join our Trademark Service Operation Team in Belgrade. In this role, you will manage global filings, communicate with clients and foreign counsel, and ensure that all trademark processes run smoothly. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant IP field
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
Proficient level of English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
It would be great if you also had . . .
Paralegal qualification or IP training/certificates will be considered a plus
Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered a plus
Can-do, proactive approach to work
Good organizational and problem-solving skills

What will you be doing in this role?
Manage and support all aspects of the trademark portfolio, including client onboarding, responding to inquiries, overseeing filings and maintenance, and coordinating with foreign counsel.
Coordinate global trademark filings, draft and convey instructions, review and respond to correspondence, and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements.
Monitor prosecution and maintenance deadlines, supervise portfolio reports and document execution, and ensure accuracy across all filings and invoices.
Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and participate in cross‑team projects aimed at elevating operational standards.
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of trademark records, resolve data inconsistencies, and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant systems, tools, and requirements.
Mentor colleagues, support onboarding, provide training, and act as deputy supervisors when needed, including workload coordination and meeting leadership.
Contribute to special projects, handle confidential materials with professionalism, and support broader IP‑related initiatives as required.

This is a full-time position, CET working hours. This is a hybrid position working in the office for a minimum of 3 days every other week.
