We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team in Belgrade. This is an amazing opportunity to work on growing products in Clarivate IP Segment. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Software Engineering
5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or comparable private cloud platforms
It would be great if you also have . . .
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
Strong understanding of infrastructure automation and cloud native architecture
Programming and scripting experience in Python, Go, or similar languages
Proven experience with the industry standard tooling, like Terraform Datadog, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
What will you be doing in this role?
Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure-as-code and automation for deploying workloads across multiple environments.
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and repeatable software delivery.
Support and evolve cloud-based solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and reliability.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
Develop and maintain scripts and tools to eliminate repetitive operational tasks.
Lead large-scale initiatives, setting technical direction and best practices.
Mentor and train team members, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
Continuously simplify and improve release and deployment processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, security, product) to analyze, design, and implement robust software solutions.
Products you will be supporting
You will contribute to evolving the services that support our products within our IP segment. One of the products you will be supporting is our Patent Annuities platform, which removes the administrative burden of maintaining a growing patent portfolio. You will help advance the services that support Patent Annuities by designing and building new cloudnative services, improving existing ones, and shaping the architecture for future platforms.

Hours of Work
This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within the CET time zone.
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
