We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team in Belgrade. In this role, you will support applications within the IP segment, with the main focus on IPfolio, the industry’s highest‑rated IP management solution built on the Salesforce platform. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Software Engineering
• 5+ years of experience working with cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD pipelines
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce, supporting and maintaining Salesforce‑dependent applications

It would be great if you also have . . .

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Strong understanding of infrastructure automation and cloud‑native architectures
• Programming or scripting experience (Python, Go, Bash, or similar)
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
• Experience managing containerized environments using Kubernetes or similar tools
• Experience with Jenkins or GitHub Actions for building and automating CI/CD pipelines
• Hands‑on experience with automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible)

What will you be doing in this role?

• Support and maintain applications with Salesforce dependencies, ensuring high reliability and stable operations.
• Provide production support for our key IP products that integrate with Salesforce
• Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Build automation to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with TechOps and Product teams to understand how applications interact with Salesforce, including helpdesk/support scenarios.

About the Team

The team is responsible for supporting the growing portfolio of products within the IP segment. You will report directly to Senior Manager, Development Operations Engineering.

Hours of Work

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within the CET time zone.

This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
