We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Belgrade. This is an amazing opportunity to take ownership of the vision and execution of our key foundational services, shaping product strategy, and ensuring our solutions deliver measurable value for customers and internal teams.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• 7+ years of relevant experience in product management or related roles
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager within a technology-led environment
• Proven ownership of complex, domain-heavy product areas with measurable outcomes
• Experience working on platform, foundational, or shared services

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field

• Experience in regulated domains (Intellectual Property, legal, financial, compliance-heavy products)
• Exposure to pricing engines, rules-based systems, or jurisdictional logic
• Familiarity with APIs, service-oriented architecture, and platform thinking
• Background working alongside data products

What will you be doing in this role?

• Set and own the product direction for foundational services across Patent Annuities, executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer, regulatory, and business priorities.
• Ensure foundational services enable measurable outcomes, working with Product, Legal, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure these services enable downstream products to remove friction and avoid downstream rework.
• Own the full product lifecycle for shared services— from problem discovery, experimentation and prioritization through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement—taking clear accountability for outcomes, not just delivery.
• Design and evolve domain services that make pricing, legal logic, and core data accurate, consistent, and reusable across the entire IP portfolio.
• Define and enforce governance where it matters, establishing clear ownership, decision rules, and standards for how foundational services are used and changed.
• Measure impact and reliability, defining and tracking metrics that correlate to clear product, customer and business outcomes.
• Build and Experiment, you will take the initiatives to identify problems, ideate, create and experiment to validate assumptions and prioritize based on the most impactful work.

What you’ll own

This role owns the foundational services that underpin every customer experience, operational process, and commercial outcome in Patent Annuities. It is a product leadership role, and you will define and evolve shared services that multiple products, teams, and customers rely on.

You are accountable for defining, supporting and executing the product strategy, outcomes, and evolution of foundational capabilities, including, Pricing services, Legal & regulatory services and Core domain data services.

These are platform-style products: used indirectly by customers, directly by internal teams, and constantly under regulatory and commercial pressure.

About the Team

You’ll report to the Director of Product Management within the IP Renewals Product organization and work alongside Senior PMs across Patent Annuities. This is a senior individual contributor role with real ownership, high visibility, and material business impact.

Hours of Work

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within the CET time zone.

This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
