Associate Product Owner (Product Operations)

We’re seeking an Associate Product Owner to join our A&G team in Belgrade. You will be responsible for the smooth operations of one of Clarivate’s product offerings. As a member of the Web of Science team, you will be responsible for the quality control of the data entry products, ensuring it adheres to our standards.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
2+ Years of Relevant Experience within Product Operations or similar
2+ Years of Experience using Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel), and CRM (Salesforce, Freshdesk or similar)
1+ Years of Experience with auditing or data validation
Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience in a related field.
Proficiency in English
It would be great if you also have . . .
- Previous experience in customer care
- Knowledge of academic peer reviewing processes
What will you be doing in this role?
- Ensure the quality of data entry processes for Web of Science Researcher Profiles. Be a domain knowledge expert for the data entry workflows of the product.
- Conducting scheduled and random audits of data entry employees.
- Assisting the product manager team in maintaining up to date data entry policies, and workflows/processes of involved products
- Staying on top of processing tasks that are escalated to L2 by the data entry team.
- Aiding customer support team with requests regarding data entry processes at Web of Science.
- Improving data systems by identifying problems / areas of potential improvement and collaborating with the team to address these.
- Providing help with other content acquisition/management projects (data cleansing, etc) for Web of Science line of products.

Hours of work
This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone (8 AM - 4 PM and 9 AM - 5 PM).
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
