We are looking for an Associate Content Analyst to join our Trademark Indexing Team in Belgrade, Serbia. This is an amazing opportunity to work on providing curated trademarks to the market and as such enabling our customers to make informed decisions about their trademarks. We have a great skill set in languages, problem solving and attention to detail and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in languages, analytics and a hands-on attitude.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Proficient in English and 1 or more of these languages: French/Italian/Spanish/German

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook....)

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience

It would be great if you also have . . .

• Prior experience with Agile methodology

• 1 year of experience in a customer focused environment with data entry experience

• Prior experience working with Trademarks

What will you be doing in this role?

• Validating, editing, and enriching trademark info of trademark records. Assure quality of trademark data

• Deliver high quality trademark records by ensuring completeness, proper data structure and timeliness of trademark updates

• Assist in resolving data entry and system problems

• Provide internal feedback to management on opportunities to improve data quality or process

• Cross training whenever applicable as we’re operating in an ever-changing world and maintain an active understanding of the IP industry.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with working hours 9 am to 5 pm CET. The role is hybrid, with an expectation to work from our Belgrade office at least three days every other week.
