We are looking for HR Data Operations Analyst​ to join our HR Data Ops Team in Belgrade. The successful candidate will support the People Team through Workday transactions, projects, and general administrative support. If you have prior experience working with data, we'd love to speak with you!

This is a US Shift role. (2-10 pm)

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• 2 years of experience in data management - data entry, data auditing and/or data processing

• 2 years of working with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point

• 2 years of experience in cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with various teams

• 2 years of experience working in a role that required problem-solving skills and high attention to detail

• Proficiency in English

It would be great if you also have . . .

• Previous HR experience

• Previous experience working with a ticketing system

• Previous experience with Workday

• Bachelor's degree

What will you be doing in this role?

• Provide Workday support by researching transactions, managing Help cases and emails, and offering data guidance to colleagues.

• Initiate, review, and approve daily Workday transactions as required

• Deliver training and onboarding for new team members and educate colleagues on Workday tools to promote self-service.

• Ensure data accuracy and efficiency through routine audits, troubleshooting, and resolving complex HRIS data issues.

• Provide excellent customer service and Workday data support for Clarivate colleagues.

About the Team

You will be a member of an international HR Data Ops Team of 4. This role will report into the Manager, People Operations and will work with all data changes in Workday for Americas region.

Hours of work

This is a permanent full-time position, with US working hours (2-10pm).

This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
