The Senior Solutions Analyst independently leads the elicitation, analysis, and decomposition of complex business and technical requirements across multiple delivery domains. This role partners deeply with product, technology, and business stakeholders to engineer end‑to‑end solution designs that drive quality, scalability, and measurable business impact. You will help shape how Clarivate’s content systems evolve, contributing to improved workflows, enhanced product capabilities, and cross‑domain alignment.
About you - Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments
- Bachelor's degree in B.E/B.Tech or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Proven experience in process reengineering and workflow design
- Experience collaborating with delivery teams and translating requirements into solutions.
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience supporting full SDLC.
It would be great if you also have experience in
- Data mapping, migration, and content processing experience.
- AWS, API design, backend specification writing, and automation experience.
- AI-driven reverse-engineering, solution elaboration and agent process integration
What would you do in this role
- Lead solution design engineering across delivery domains, including use cases, workflows, UX considerations, system flows, and content processing models.
- Decompose multi‑domain solution designs into epics, feature‑level use cases, and actionable story‑level specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Product Owners and Technical Leads on epic and story elaboration, dependency analysis, estimation, and milestone planning.
- Conduct peer reviews of epics, stories, and cross‑domain solution designs.
- Assess systems and processes to identify optimization opportunities.
- Ensure systematic change management.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and support business implementation

Our global Solutions Analysis team sits at the center of Clarivate’s content and delivery ecosystem. We are a diverse, highly skilled group across India, Spain, the UK, and the US.
Hours of Work
Fulltime position, 45 hours per week. Working hours 12:00p.m to 9:00pm
