We are looking for a Senior Talent Management Partner to join our team in Belgrade. In this role, you will support the development and delivery of Talent Management processes across the organization. You will partner closely with HR Business Partners and cross‑functional teams to implement programs that strengthen engagement, development, succession planning, and performance management.
This role plays a key part in maintaining and evolving our talent framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving a consistent, high‑quality employee experience. If you have experience leading talent programs, working with data, and collaborating across a complex organization, we’d love to speak with you.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • 7 years of relevant experience, including exposure to talent management or HR business partnering, out of which 5 years of experience supporting or coordinating competency-based development programs in an international environment
  • 3 years of experience working with data and Excel
  • Proficiency in English

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Support the delivery of talent review, performance management, and succession planning processes by collaborating with HR Business Partners and business leaders.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of competency frameworks by partnering with HR Business Partners and functional leaders to ensure alignment with job architecture and development needs.
  • Partner with the HR Technology team to support the implementation and optimization of Talent Management processes within technology platforms.
  • Help create alignment across new and existing talent development programs by collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and the Learning and Development team.
  • Use data and analytics to provide insights on program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support internal mobility and career development by creating tools, resources, and guidance that help employees navigate career growth. Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to strengthen internal pipelines, improve internal placement rates, and enhance employee retention.

About the Team

You will be reporting to Senior Director, Talent Management and will be a member of an international team of 6 Talent Management and L&D professionals.

Hours of work

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within the CET time zone.

This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
