We are looking for Sales Support Administrator (6-month fixed term) to join our Professional A&G Renewal Sales Team in Beijing. This role plays a critical role in supporting the admin tasks associated with the increasing volume and complexity of administrative and documentation requirements in China. This team consists of 6 team members and is reporting to the Manager, Renewal Sales. We would love to speak with you if you have motivation to work in sales admin function.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant field
• High motivation to work in administrative work, careful and meticulous
• Good learning ability

• Able to read and write in English, fluent in spoken English is preferred

What will you be doing in this role?

• Assist in the support of sellers and sales opportunities.

• Manage and update customer databases and sales records.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation.

• Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representative.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders and documentation.

Hours of Work

• Full Time, Permanent (Monday-Friday, core business hours)
• This is a hybrid position, working 2-3 days a week in one of our Clarivate offices
