We are looking for a passionate Senior Technology Operations Analyst with solid System Engineering experience to join our international team in Belgrade. This is an excellent opportunity to apply and further develop System Engineering and Project Management skills in a Technical Operations environment. If you have experience working with Microsoft Server technologies and Linux systems, you will play a key role in ensuring stable, secure, and reliable service deployments that meet the needs of our users and stakeholders.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working across both Microsoft and Linux environments, supporting system stability, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• At least 2 years of experience working with SQL Server
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in English
  

It would be great if you also have...

• Previous or current experience working as a System Engineer
• Software Development background and experience
• Experience or interest in Project Management within a technical environment
• Experience with any scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Groovy, or similar)
  

What will you be doing in this role?

• Provide support for development projects, including test data setup, data cleansing, and data migration
• Support business users in understanding, refining, and defining their change requirements
• Provide technical guidance to project managers throughout project delivery
• Plan and execute medium‑ to high‑complexity changes across systems and environments
• Help design, implement, and maintain application monitoring and alerting to detect errors, data integrity issues, security risks, and other operational events
• Provide second‑level incident support and assist with root cause analysis to ensure long‑term system stability
  

About the Team
You will join an international team of six experienced Technology Operations Analysts and you will be based in Belgrade. The team combines strong System Engineering and Project Management expertise, and this role reports directly to our Senior Manager, Technology Operations, located in the United States.

Hours of Work

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within the CET time zone.

This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
