About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• 7+ years of relevant experience (of which at least 3 years in HR Business Partner role)
• 3+ years of work experience with HR systems (preferably Workday)
• Proficient level of advanced Excel
• Proficient level of English language
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

It would be great if you also have...

• Experience working with Power BI or similar reporting/visualization tools
• Background in HR analytics or data-focused HR roles

What will you be doing in this role?

• Implement core HR processes to attract, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing colleagues in partnership with HR COEs (such as performance management and rewards, position management, talent management, talent acquisition, colleague engagement survey, etc).
• Support workforce talent strategies to include key talent and critical roles, bench strength and succession planning with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
• Support business leaders to build optimum, scalable structures in line with key design principles.
• Provide consultative services within each business area related to core people’s needs.

About the Team

This role is part of a global HR team, partnering closely with colleagues in Serbia and stakeholders in the US and EMEA. The team focuses on workforce analytics, performance management, organizational change, and strategic HR projects in a dynamic, transforming environment.

Hours of Work

This is a permanent full-time position. The working hours would be EMEA working hours (10 am to 6 pm Serbian time, with flexibility).

This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
