About the Role
Instructure is looking for a driven, self-motivated Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will support hiring across the entire organization — including G&A, Sales & Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering — partnering closely with leaders to attract and hire top talent.
This position is based in the Philippines and will work primarily US business hours to support our global teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions and levels
Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, define job requirements, and align on ideal candidate profiles
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, with a strong emphasis on passive talent
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural alignment
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and guide them through structured interview processes
Focus on quality of hire — not just filling open roles
Partner with hiring managers on offer development, salary recommendations, approvals, and candidate closing
Maintain strong knowledge of organizational structure and evolving workforce needs
Contribute to process improvements and recruiting best practices
Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives as needed
What You’ll Bring
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions (G&A, GTM, Product, Engineering preferred)
Experience supporting global recruiting efforts; exposure to APAC and EMEA hiring is a plus
Experience using Ashby ATS (strongly preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a high-growth environment
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools and channels
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented, professional, persistent, and self-motivated
Comfortable working independently while collaborating across global teams
Ability to work US business hours from the Philippines
