About the Job

We’re looking for someone to help us take our online events and content marketing to the next level! This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to build experience in marketing, who is hungry to learn as much as they can.

You’ll work directly with our Head of Organic Marketing on our online events, everything from creating landing pages to hosting live on Zoom! You’ll also work with our Content Manager, and learn key copywriting skills by working on blogs and social media content.

You’ll also be working with the rest of our Global Marketing team to kick off awesome campaigns. Learn how to create bold Paid Social videos which capture the audience’s attention and get more event attendees. You’ll work with our SEO experts to understand how to create blogs that Google loves to rank.

You’ll also learn how to use marketing tools used by startups around the world, such as Slack, Figma, Capcut, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and building our speaker pool
• Using LinkedIn to reach out to potential contacts
• Organizing events and general events admin
• Hosting live webinars
• General events content marketing; uploading YouTube videos, assisting with social media posts

Must have skills:

• Must be able to sign an internship agreement with your educational institution.
• English native or bilingual
• Copywriting
• Basic office skills (emailing, time management, communication, etc)
• Comfortable and professional on camera

Nice to have skills:

• Basic video editing skills
• Spanish, French, German, Dutch, or European Portuguese are a massive plus!
• Knowledge of SEO

Other considerations:

• An excellent level of English is non-negotiable. Please only apply if you are a native/bilingual speaker.
• This is a remote position, but we’ll prioritize someone who could join us once a week at our office in Madrid.
• This position is ideal for anyone with a little previous experience in marketing. This can be through university, a part-time job, or another internship. Our ideal candidate has basic marketing knowledge, and is looking to learn more about Content and Events, to further their career.
