Designation: Inside Sales Specialist/Executive

Location: Mumbai / Noida (WFO)

Reports to: Business Development Manager

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Proactively identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
  • Establish relationships with the customers of the company
  • Understand customer requirements and pass on insights for product portfolio improvement based on customer interaction/feedback

Work Dimensions:

  • Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan to achieve pre-assigned targets
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
  • Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
  • Maintain database of current as well as prospective customers
  • Prepare and provide a weekly schedule of planned activities
  • Help optimize existing business operations procedures to reduce costs

Role Requirements:

  • Graduation or equivalent/ MBA preferred in a related field
  • 1-8 years of experience in B2C sales and Inside Sales from the EdTech industry
  • Must be a team player
  • Identify and develop sources to increase sales leads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills timely reporting as required
