Designation: Inside Sales Specialist/Executive
Location: Mumbai / Noida (WFO)
Reports to: Business Development Manager
Principle Accountabilities:
- Proactively identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
- Establish relationships with the customers of the company
- Understand customer requirements and pass on insights for product portfolio improvement based on customer interaction/feedback
Work Dimensions:
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan to achieve pre-assigned targets
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- Maintain database of current as well as prospective customers
- Prepare and provide a weekly schedule of planned activities
- Help optimize existing business operations procedures to reduce costs

- Ensure full legal and ethical compliance and conduct of business at all times and under all circumstances
- Achieving the monthly sales targets
- Convert leads received through various marketing channels
- Ensure customer satisfaction with effective communication
- Advise higher Management about the customer needs and requirements
- Strong problem-solving ability and pay strong attention to detail
Role Requirements:
- Graduation or equivalent/ MBA preferred in a related field
- 1-8 years of experience in B2C sales and Inside Sales from the EdTech industry
- Must be a team player
- Identify and develop sources to increase sales leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills timely reporting as required
