Job Description

We’re looking for an AI & Automation Evangelist to join our team and accelerate how JobTeaser uses AI, across every team, every workflow, every department.

You'll work hand in hand with all department leads: Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Product, and Tech. Your mandate is twofold: build real AI-powered solutions, and make sure the entire company actually uses them.

This is not a back-office engineering role. You are as comfortable presenting to a leadership team as you are writing a Python script. You translate between the technical and the human, and you stay until adoption is real, not just deployed.

What you'll do

Build and deploy

• Architect and ship custom AI workflows tailored to each department's needs.

• Design and build specialized AI agents to automate high-volume tasks: lead qualification for Sales, content production for Marketing, onboarding workflows for HR, report generation for Finance.

• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions to turn JobTeaser's internal knowledge into a usable, searchable asset.

• Write clean, maintainable code (Python or another language) and build automation workflows using the right tools for each use case, whether that means a workflow orchestrator, a low-code platform, or custom integrations.

Enable and train

• Design and run our internal AI Academy: practical training sessions adapted to each team's level and use cases, from basic usage to advanced prompt engineering.

• Identify, document, and share high-ROI use cases across the organization.

• Be the go-to person when any team wants to explore a new AI idea from scoping the need to shipping the solution.

• Make complex AI capabilities understandable and actionable for non-technical audiences.

Measure and iterate

• Define and track adoption metrics: active users by department, time saved, automation rate on targeted tasks.

• Audit existing processes to identify bottlenecks AI can solve.

• Report to the CTPO with a clear ROI logic: investment, measured gain, next step.

Ensure security and sustainability

• Maintain the highest standards of data privacy and security across all AI tools and integrations used at JobTeaser.

• Document practices and templates so that adoption is durable and not dependent on a single person.

Qualifications

Technical skills

• Strong command of modern AI ecosystems and LLM APIs, you know how to evaluate, choose, and integrate the right models for the job.

• Ability to write production-quality Python and build automation workflows using the right tools for each context (workflow orchestrators, low-code platforms, custom integrations).

• Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and LLM data pipelines.

• You have already integrated LLM APIs into real workflows, not just demos.

Soft skills and mindset

• You can explain a complex technical concept to someone who doesn't know what a token is. Without jargon, without condescension.

• You have experience in change management: you don't just deploy tools, you make sure people actually use them.

• You are autonomous and structured: you know how to prioritize, break down a problem, and move forward independently.

• You are equally comfortable in a leadership meeting and in a working session with a developer or a sales rep.

Background

• 4 to 6 years of experience, combining technical roles (dev, data, ML engineering) with business-facing or deployment positions.

• Engineering degree or equivalent, with a strong specialization in AI or Data.

• Fluent in French and English

• You stay on top of model updates and the broader AI ecosystem, you bring the information, you don't wait for it.
