About the Role:
The Inclusive Access Data Analyst role supports Wiley’s Inclusive Access team by managing and analyzing institutional, CRM, and adoption data to enable accurate forecasting, reporting, and sales operations. This role focuses on maintaining high‑quality data within Salesforce, supporting lead conversion and retention efforts, and improving operational efficiency through data‑driven insights and process improvements.
How you will make an impact:
- Collect, clean, validate, and maintain institutional, course, and CRM data to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Research institutional course and academic information to keep Salesforce opportunities current for forecasting and implementation
- Curate and maintain Salesforce opportunities to support sales and account management teams
- Update and distribute adoption and opportunity reports to internal stakeholders, including Sales and Affordable Solutions teams
- Validate large datasets (e.g., adoption and opportunity reports) with strong attention to detail; Excel expertise is required
- Support virtual selling campaigns by driving lead conversion and reconfirming content adoptions
- Assist with data ingestion by researching US universities and entering course information into Salesforce
- Provide ongoing reporting on campaign outcomes and sales performance
- Support WileyPLUS and Knewton license management, including student opt‑out processing
- Proactively support sales teams by opening course sections in WileyPLUS
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance automation and operational efficiency
- Maintain working knowledge of Wiley systems, Inclusive Access pricing models, and operational processes
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data validation
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
- Experience with Salesforce is highly beneficial
- Knowledge of SQL and Power BI is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment
