Job Description:

We believe in bold ideas, diverse perspectives, and the drive to transform knowledge into impact. Here, your curiosity fuels progress, your voice shapes innovation, and your ambition helps redefine what’s possible within science and learning. We are a culture that obsesses over impact, challenges, and drives what’s next to power infinite possibilities for our customers, colleagues and society at large.

About the Role:

The Marketing Manager for Partner Solutions leads the creation, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline acceleration, deepen partner engagement, and support measurable business growth. This role develops targeted, insight-led campaigns — including account-based marketing programs — that clearly demonstrate the value of Wiley Partner Solutions while strengthening relationships with both prospective and existing partners.

Working closely with Sales, Partner Success, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Content teams, this role delivers effective, multi-channel campaigns. By leveraging partner insights, behavioral data, and account intelligence, the team personalizes outreach, enhances engagement, and improves conversion rates across the full marketing mix — from digital and content programs to events and partner touchpoints where relevant.

This position is well-suited for a marketer who excels at balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, backed by strong analytical skills and a passion for cross-functional teamwork. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across a range of channels and tactics, selecting the right approach to meet campaign objectives and business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage multi-channel campaigns, including email, digital, events, and content, to drive engagement and pipeline with strategic partners.

  • Lead the development and execution of ABM programs that reach priority partner segments at scale while maintaining meaningful relevance.

  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, including webinars and industry conferences, and build event promotion plans that integrate into broader campaigns and ABM programs.

  • Analyze and report on campaign and program performance, using data to identify trends, optimize activities, and inform future marketing decisions.

  • Collaborate and coordinate with cross functional teams, including Sales, Partner Success, and Product Marketing, to ensure cohesive messaging and program execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, business, or related field.

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in campaigns, demand generation, partner marketing, or field marketing.

  • Strong campaign planning and execution skills across digital channels. Experience with segmentation, personalization, and managing multi-touch programs.

  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Ability to build dashboards, track performance metrics, and assess pipeline impact.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaborations and influence without direct authority. Skilled at aligning stakeholders around goals, data, and campaign strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced marketing qualifications or certifications (e.g., CIM, ABM certification).

  • Experience in scholarly publishing or technology ecosystems, supporting field or partner programs.

  • Understanding of ABM principles and creating content for partner personas or industry audiences.

  • Knowledge of attribution modeling and funnel analytics.

  • Experience with ABM platforms, data visualization tools, webinar platforms, or event technology systems.
