About the Role:

Associate, The People Service Centre (PSC) role is a great way to learn about HR systems (Workday), data, and processes by supporting the People Organization function within Wiley. The PSC supports our colleagues across a variety of People Org-related services, including responding to customers’ questions and needs, advising on People Organization policies and practices, and executing transactions which support colleagues' needs. Additional responsibilities include administration, regular communication, research, problem-solving, and auditing of system information.

How you will make an impact:

  • Hands-on exposure to HR systems (including Workday), data management, and People processes through direct support of Wiley's People Organization function.
  • Providing 1st and 2nd Tier HR support to colleagues, stakeholders, and leaders for the APAC region by operating within a structured SLA driven process.
  • Effectively reviewing and processing HR service requests and transactions with a high degree of accuracy and adherence to procedures and policies.
  • Maintain confidential and up-to-date colleague records and draft a range of HR documents, including employment agreements and letters.
  • Assisting in the creation and ongoing maintenance of periodic HR reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Contributing to automation and process improvement initiatives, supporting efforts to enhance operational efficiency and streamline People Org workflows.

What we look for:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exposure in the HR service center is preferable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of HRIS is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
