Define platform-specific operating models, publishing cadence, audience engagement approaches, and channel development plans. Manage owned social communities and engage with followers.
  • Paid Social & Campaign Amplification
Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to amplify key initiatives, improve audience targeting, and accelerate follower growth, traffic, and campaign performance. Monitor budget allocation, campaign effectiveness, and ROI, and optimize paid strategy based on performance data.
  • Social Partnerships & External Relationship Development
Develop and implement influencer marketing and external partnership strategies to support key portfolio promotion in China. Identify and engage relevant influencers, academic opinion leaders, media partners, platform collaborators, and subject-based communities to promote journals, events, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Discipline-Based Community Building
Develop and expand subject-based and discipline-based communities across social and owned channels. Support long-term engagement with authors, researchers, and target audiences through community operations, interaction planning, and tailored engagement activities.
  • Performance Tracking, Reporting & Optimization
Monitor, analyze, and report social media and campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools. Translate data and market insights into recommendations for content optimization, channel strategy refinement, workflow improvement, and future campaign planning.
