Develop scalable resources including playbooks, toolkits, and guidance materials to support consistent execution, better communications, and stronger author understanding of portfolio value.
  • Dashboard & System Development
Support the creation of dashboards or systems linking submission data with marketing engagement data to improve data visibility, author tracking, and decision-making.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor, analyze, and report on engagement performance using relevant metrics. Use insights to refine segmentation, optimize campaigns, and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal marketing teams, editorial colleagues, and global stakeholders to align author engagement initiatives and ensure effective execution.
