Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth Leadership:

  • Lead end-to-end strategic growth processes with a primary focus on acquiring new learners for our new efforts and products.
  • Define key performance indicator (KPI) metrics and derive actionable insights through data analysis and research.
  • Manage and execute large-scale campaigns across various online advertising platforms.

Analytics and Decision-Making:

  • Develop an analytical approach to influence strategic decision-making, leveraging data analysis, forecasting models, and measurement metrics.

Comprehensive Growth Strategy:

  • Lead the development and execution of a holistic growth strategy encompassing various user traffic streams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, engineering, and design teams to implement and optimize growth strategies.

Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:

  • Analyze user behavior data, monitor market trends, and assess the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and revenue-generation strategies.

Effective Communication and Experimentation:

  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including product managers, marketers, developers, designers, analysts, and content writers.
  • Establish an end-to-end experimentation process, including hypothesis formulation, test design, KPI selection, test execution, results measurement, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in a Growth/Acquisition role with a proven track record of top performance.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and the ability to make informed decisions with a keen business sense.
  • Excellent prioritization and independent work skills, with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Self-driven generalist with a "get things done" mentality.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
