Requirements
The role
We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and data-driven Senior Director of Growth Marketing to lead the company’s end-to-end growth and demand generation strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role within the Marketing organization, working closely with Sales, Product, RevOps, BizOps, and executive leadership.
You will drive sustainable pipeline acceleration, lead a cross-functional growth organization, and spearhead AI-driven transformation initiatives across the GTM engine.
The day-to-day
- Own and execute the full growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of ~11 growth professionals (digital, field, paid acquisition, ops, email, analytics, website, CRO, ABM, PLG).
- Build and scale multi-channel demand generation programs for Enterprise and mid-market.
- Develop and optimize ABM strategies to support Enterprise sales motion.
- Partner with Sales, Product, CRO, and RevOps to ensure strong alignment on KPIs, funnel operations, and data infrastructure.
- Identify and activate new growth levers, including PLG and no-touch sales initiatives.
- Champion experimentation and implement cutting-edge marketing and AI-driven technologies.
Ideally, we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation within B2B SaaS.
- Proven leadership experience managing and scaling teams of 5+ across multiple marketing disciplines.
- Strong expertise in Enterprise GTM, funnel analytics, attribution, and performance measurement.
- Experience driving PLG or no-touch sales strategies
- Hands-on experience building successful ABM programs and driving Enterprise pipeline.
- Data-driven, strategic leader with strong collaboration skills across Sales, RevOps, and Product.
