The B2C and B2B Educational Sales Advisor processes student enrollment applications from overseas; maintains our student database; generates invoices and monitors invoice accuracy; establishes regular communication with KLG field staff, international partner agencies, and students; provides high-quality customer service to our agents, students and field staff; and completes special projects and requests as needed.
Key Job Responsibilities
Handle enrolments (bookings) to schools in the U.S., Canada, UK and Ireland.
Support the B2C and B2B Sales Team based in Brazil to achieve sales target for the market
Maintain student database
Provide prompt advice and support to student and agent inquiries mainly related to visa, payment and arrival to our schools.
Develop excellent relationships with students and our partner agents
Build strong relationships with colleagues in all schools across different destinations and developing a high level of familiarity with each school's staff and facilities
Provide efficient, friendly and proactive customer service to students, agent partners and school personnel.
Continually look for ways to improve service, response times and quality of information
Take responsibility for own administrative tasks, i.e. filing, running reports, etc.
Understand/update/brief other staff when necessary on status of agent/country, including credit control and finance issues
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to solve problems and meet deadlines
Commitment to excellence in customer service
Data entry skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as a team
Fluent in Portuguese and English
1-2 years of experience in sales
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with international education or customer service
