Job Description

We are seeking a skilled graphic designer to become an integral part of our dynamic team, comprising five talented designers, plus our Creative Design Manager, based between Barcelona and London. In this role, you will engage in a variety of stimulating and high-impact projects while contributing to the overall operations of our Marketing department and creating amazing pieces for our three brands, Kaplan International Languages, Alpadia and ESL. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including the creation of brochures, flyers, and compelling social media assets.

About You

To be considered for the role, you will need the following:

Responsibilities

• Create and design various marketing materials such as brochures, social media graphics, and website content.

• Manage consistent look and feel across all touch points.

• Produce high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines.

• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design

Requirements

• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio, 4+ years of experience in similar role .

• Available for 40 hours/week.

• Experience in designing for both print and digital mediums.

• Demonstrates a thirst for knowledge, embraces teamwork, and you bring your A-game every day.

• Fast-paced environments are your playground, and you thrive in them.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (bonus if you're also familiar with Canva, video editing with Premiere, and After Effects).

• Eagle eye and high attention to detail.

• Operates MacOs and understands the Apple environment.

• Advanced English speaker (B2 or above). Other spoken languages will be highly considered!
