Job Description

We are recruiting a Digital Content Editor to support our Digital Web Producer in the on-going optimization and maintenance of our websites. You will be part of the Digital Marketing Team, reporting to one of the Product Owners based in the London Head Office and working collaboratively with an international team with offices across Europe.

The post would ideally suit someone with some prior marketing or in-house experience. Alternatively you have completed your studies and are passionate about a career in Digital marketing and ready to apply your skills. You will be working directly with an English-speaking team so the ability to communicate both verbally and in written form in English is essential, despite being based in a Spanish-speaking office.

What the role will entail

  • Working very closely with our Web Producer to support their Website Content portfolio of work

  • Appropriate training to use our Website CMS (Content management system)

  • Grow to become one of our Website CMS Experts, especially onboarding new CMS users

  • Content maintenance of our 3 brand websites, including implementing provided translations in the different language sites

  • Page optimization for SEO

  • Asset and image management

  • Supporting the launch of new products, content journeys and website features

  • Liaising with a range of internal stakeholders from our marketing and digital teams via email, regular meetings and project management tools

  • Updating the status of tasks in the Web Content Backlog Trello board

  • Being flexible to work in an Agile framework, to support projects which drive revenue and lead generation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above

  • English level B2

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks

  • The skills to prioritize and meet deadlines

  • Energetic and self-motivated

  • High attention to detail

  • A global mindset

  • Customer focussed

  • Microsoft Office experience

Experience with the following are beneficial but not essential

  • Website analytics tools

  • Any website content management systems (CMS)

  • Project management tools, such as Trello

  • The ideal candidate is someone with some prior marketing or in-house experience.

  • Completed your studies and are passionate about a career in Digital marketing and ready to apply your skills.
