Sales Team Leader North America & UK

Job Description

Lead a team of 4-6 sales advisors to achieve Kaplan International’s sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Coach, develop, and motivate the team to drive performance and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the sales team and lead by example.

  • Drive sales performance: monitor leads, conversion rates, revenue per sale, cancellation rates, and productivity KPIs.

  • Conduct 1:1 coaching, call monitoring, and performance reviews.

  • Train new advisors on products, services, and sales techniques.

  • Plan schedules and shifts while ensuring HR compliance.

  • Handle recruitment, interviews, counselling, and disciplinary actions.

  • Prepare performance reports with recommendations to improve results.

  • Act as point of contact for the team in the absence of the regional manager.

  • Promote a positive, results-driven, and customer-focused team culture.

Requirements & Benefits:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

  • Fluent in English and native Spanish.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Analytical, organised, adaptable, and resilient.

  • Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • 100% on-site in Bogotá.
