We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Digital Editor Assistant to join our team in Bogotá. This role supports our Global Operations and Marketing teams by updating, verifying, and maintaining content across multiple brands and platforms.
The ideal candidate:
Has strong attention to detail and is a fast learner
Communicates effectively in English at C1 level
Works collaboratively in a team environment
Manages multiple priorities with excellent organizational skills
Brings at least two years of relevant experience
- Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Update website content and documents accurately across various brand websites.
Ensure all published information aligns with operational and marketing standards
Keep information up to date and relevant; ask with precision; maintain consistency in formatting and structure.
Collaborate closely with the Global Operations and Marketing teams to ensure timely content updates.
Assist with quality assurance by checking for broken links, outdated content, or inconsistencies.
Support the creation and management of content in different formats, such as web pages, documents, and spreadsheets.
Maintain documentation of updates and follow internal processes for content approvals.
Requirements
Based in Bogotá, Colombia.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent English communication skills (C1 level required).
Ability to learn new platforms and tools for content management and data entry.
Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Basic understanding of website content structure or CMS systems is a plus (training will be provided).
Contract Details
Contract duration: 6 months (with the possibility of renewal)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Work model: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote
Reporting line: Reports to the Director of Product Development
Collaboration: Works closely with the Marketing team
