Power BI / Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description

The Power BI / Business Intelligence Analyst will support ongoing reporting and analytical activities across finance and business areas. This position will report to the Power BI Business Intelligence Manager.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will support and assist in the following activities:

• Support the preparation and maintenance of reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI.

• Assist in the collection, cleaning, and validation of data from different internal sources.

• Help update recurring reports related to financial performance, KPIs, and operational metrics.

• Support monthly reporting processes (e.g. P&L follow-up, cost tracking, basic variance analysis).

• Contribute to ad‑hoc analyses under guidance, helping transform data into clear insights.

• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs.

• Maintain basic documentation of data sources, reports, and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, finance, or similar roles

• (internship or trainee experience is fully acceptable).

• Very strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning).

• Basic Power BI knowledge is required (data model basics, simple measures, visuals).

• Strong interest in the Microsoft / Office 365 ecosystem.

• Basic understanding of financial concepts (KPIs, costs, revenues, simple P&L).

• English level B2 or higher (spoken and written).

• High attention to detail, structured mindset, and willingness to learn.

• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
